BLUE BULLETEER: CAPTURED BY THE CLOAK

Now in production is a new video written by Paul Monsky which stars MARIA PARIS as THE BLUE BULLETEER. We introduce a new villain into the AC Comics Universe... THE CLOAK... created and portrayed by MIKE ACORD. The Cloak plans to make a big strike against society but realizes he must first dispose of the Femforce. His initial target is THE BLUE BULLETEER whom he lures into a deadly trap. For photos of this video CLICK HERE!

CRYPT OF HORROR:

"Greetings, Ghoulies and Ghoulettes!" That's how famed horror host, LON MADNIGHT, introduces himself to the latest trembling throng of fear fans. You've seen LON in our trade paperback book, CRYPT OF HORROR VOL. 2 where he introduces old pre-code creepy comics. Now see him in the flesh, so to speak, in a new series of CRYPT OF HORROR DVDS! Yes, the morbid madman now hosts a sinister series of classic monster movies from the putrid past.... diabolical double-bills designed to chill and to thrill! Each CRYPT OF HORROR entry will boast not one but two creaky classics slabbed as a two disc set. Never fear, LON will be there to introduce each economical epic and then return at the nerve-shattering conclusion to wrap things up tighter than a Mummy's shroud.

Joining our ghost host will be his fetid factotum, SPOOKY SAM, a beloved character that will grow on you with each additional episode... even if we have to plant you in the CRYPT with them. Actually, the terrible trio is quite content in their new digs. So what if it's drafty. It's ever so much roomier than their previous abode, the Tomb of Terror.

First was "V IS FOR VAMPIRE" and the second sanguinary set from CRYPT OF HORROR will be "B IS FOR BLOOD!" The more astute of you will notice the pattern here. The two timeless terror tales within are BLACK SABBATH (in color) starring BORIS KARLOFF and also directed by Mario Bava. Here bad boy Boris baits you with a trio of thrillers including THE WURDULAK, the only time the King of Horror played a vampire. Actress FLORENCE MARLEY said "I'd give my eye teeth to play opposite dreamy DENNIS HOPPER!" so disc two delivers QUEEN OF BLOOD and shows you just that. This sci-fi screamer has Flo portraying a futuristic vampire from Mars much to the chagrin of co-stars JOHN SAXON and BASIL RATHBONE.

Future double bills include FIEND WITHOUT A FACE paired with its original theatrical release, THE HAUNTED STRANGLER (Boo! Boris is back!).

THE SANGOR SYNDROME

Maria Paris as Angela BarcroftHurricanes! Floods! Tsunamis! Earthquakes! What if all these recent catastrophes were not natural disasters at all but were part of a sinister plan by an alien being from another world to bring Earth to its knees? Just such a plot is uncovered by Homeland Security agents who have picked up Angela Barcroft as a suspected terrorist.

Under interrogation, Angela discloses a fantastic story that began 30 years ago when SANGOR, sinister tentacled beast from beyond lands on our planet. The creature set about subjugating humans to its will by infecting them with alien microbes that transformed them into vampires. Like stretching its tentacles across the country, Sangor's minions embarked upon destructive missions of sabotage and carnage. Fortunately for the Earth, two of its mightiest champions countered these terrorist acts fearlessly combating the mind-controlled agents of this monster. In 1975, both THE SHADE and SYNN kept the beast at bay.

Sydney Foxx as SYNNBut today THE SANGOR SYNDROME has spread world wide. Is there any power that can stop it?

Currently in production, THE SANGOR SYNDROME is the latest attempt by AC Comics honcho Bill Black, to bring his comic book characters to the video screen. Back in 1975, Black began filming BLOODSUCKERS FROM OUTER SPACE in a format inspired by the cliffhanger serials of yesteryear. Starring Sydney Foxx as SYNN and Bill Greenman as THE SHADE, this early footage sat on the shelf for 3 decades. Now Black is resurrecting it utilizing today's digital technology.

Today's footage starring Maria Paris as Angela Barcroft, Lawrence Benjamin as Dr. Cheney and Jon Smith as Homeland Security Agent Rand has been filmed to add to the original project to make a feature length film. Merging the two very different films together provides Black with quite a challenge and he loves a challenge!

Thanks to newly developed computer software, Black is able to capture, frame by frame, the original 16 mm footage. Once in digital form, special effects such as ray gun blasts and flying space ships will be added to expand the fantastic elements of this venture. CGI footage of Sangor's space craft is underway under the skillful direction of Mark Glidden. Poser animator Uroboros is supplementing the old footage with new animated footage of SYNN and THE SHADE. Now we have a new film, supplemented with old footage.

Additional cast members include Mike Ogden, Orin Lundgren, Jason Clarke, Mike Acord and Jason Jensen. Jon Smith is staging new fights scenes where he will double as the masked SHADE, in which THE SHADE is shown still fighting against SANGOR in today's world.
